• I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals who are navigating burnout, anxiety, chronic stress, moral injury, trauma, ADHD, and workplace conflict. Many of my clients are used to being highly capable and in control—until things stop working the way they used to. Whether you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, disillusioned, or unsure what’s next, therapy offers a space to think clearly and move forward in a way that actually works for you.

  • Yes—sessions are available in-person in The Woodlands, TX and via secure telehealth across 42+ PSYPACT states.

  • My standard 50-minute therapy sessions are $250. The initial session is $280 and includes a comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planning. I do not accept insurance, which allows me to maintain a privacy-first approach and tailor care without third-party restrictions. Many clients choose to use HSA/FSA cards or request a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • No. My practice is private pay. I do this intentionally to protect your privacy, limit over-documentation, and keep your care aligned with what you need—not what insurance companies dictate. Many clients use HSA/FSA cards.

  • Confidentiality is central to our work together. Everything shared in our sessions is private, with a few legal exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe and secure to speak freely.

  • No. As a private-pay, privacy-first practice, I do not submit claims to insurance or employers. I also do not report diagnoses unless absolutely clinically necessary. Documentation is kept minimal and secure, and you are welcome to request a full summary of how your information is protected.

  • Absolutely. Many of my clients are successful and high-functioning—but exhausted, disillusioned, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You don’t have to wait for a crisis to begin therapy. You just have to be ready for something more honest and aligned.
