A Note From Dr. Jenny

I’ve always believed that doing good work and doing the right thing should be the same.

For years, I built what looked like a perfect career in academic medicine and healthcare ethics. I chased the grants, presented at international conferences, and became a regional ethics director at a young age. From the outside, I was a success story.

On the inside, I spent late nights Googling “how to work in healthcare without losing your soul,” desperate to find anyone who understood the brilliant, caring professionals I saw being crushed by impossible demands.

That search became deeply personal when I was asked to compromise my professional judgment in a high-stakes case. I faced a choice: stay quiet or speak up. Choosing integrity had swift, life-changing consequences, and the experience confirmed what I’d long suspected: the system itself is often designed to break the very people holding it together.

That’s why my work isn’t just about individual therapy. It’s about changing the toxic narrative that relentless self-sacrifice is the price of success.

We don’t need more wellness initiatives. We need to name the real problem.

If you’ve found your way here, wondering if there’s another way forward—one that honors both your ambition and your integrity—you’re in the right place.

How I Approach Therapy

I understand high-functioning anxiety
and perfectionism.

I’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with people who manage impossible demands while making it look easy. You won’t have to explain why your work is different. Or why “just take a vacation” isn’t helpful advice. When you’re the one everyone turns to, admitting you’re struggling takes a different kind of courage. I get that.

Your secrets are safe here, mistakes, doubts, and all.

My practice was built to serve leaders, physicians, and executives—people who can’t afford to have their mental health become a professional liability. We do things differently: paper charting, no insurance billing, no diagnostic labels. You can be real about your mistakes, your doubts, and your ambitious goals without judgment.

We’ll do real work, with real feedback—both ways.

My clients aren’t looking for someone to nod along for an hour while they vent. They want someone sharp enough to call out their blind spots. I’ll validate your struggles, but I’ll also challenge you. If something we’re doing isn’t helpful, I want you to tell me. This is honest, flexible work where we both show up (real).
