My Therapy Super Power

Radical candor wrapped in warmth. I make therapy feel safe for folks who aren’t sure they even believe in it yet. I’ll say the hard thing straight up, but wrap it in enough warmth that you can actually hear it and leave with one next step that feels doable.

What I Love Most About Working with My Clients

I get a front-row seat to real progress. Seeing that gradual shift from “I hope this works” to “I can handle this” is incredibly rewarding.
