My background & approach

I’m a licensed psychologist and certified healthcare ethics consultant with a passion for helping high-achieving professionals move forward—especially when things feel impossibly stuck. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and behavioral medicine, but I don’t believe in cookie-cutter treatment plans.

Before starting my private practice, I spent years in academic medicine and hospital systems, working with physicians, attorneys, executives, and caregivers navigating moral distress, chronic stress, and identity loss. I understand the stakes when your career is intertwined with your purpose—and how disorienting it can feel when the life you’ve worked so hard to build starts to unravel.

I bring warmth, candor, and a steady presence to the therapy room. My style is collaborative and conversational. You won’t find endless nodding or passive prompts here—I’m engaged, curious, and invested in helping you gain clarity, stop second-guessing yourself, and get unstuck in the places that matter most.

Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to be polished. You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you there.
